Why This Machine

Two ways to sell a surprise

A Vending Grid and a Claw, One Cabinet

The left side is a 30-slot vending grid; the right side is a real claw crane. They share one cabinet, one screen, and one payment terminal. Customers who want a specific box buy it outright. Customers who want the thrill play for it. Two buying behaviours, one footprint, one power socket.

30 Slots That Fit Any Box

Shelf height and lane width adjust by hand, no tools. The same machine runs small blind-box cubes one month and taller figure boxes the next, so you are never locked to the packaging of a single brand. Around 270 boxes per fill at standard blind-box size.

Built for the Reveal

Mystery boxes sell on the unboxing moment. Front-lit display shelves show the whole collection, including the chase figure, so customers can see exactly what they are chasing before they pay. The reveal happens at the machine, which is what gets filmed and shared.

Cashless and Remote-Managed

Card, mobile wallet, and QR payments run through one terminal. Stock levels and sales are visible remotely, so you refill when the dashboard says the fast lanes are empty rather than driving out on a fixed schedule.

How It Works

From browse to unboxing

Browse the collection

The customer sees every series behind the glass and picks a lane on the touchscreen, or moves to the claw side to play for a box instead.

Pay and pull

Card, wallet, or QR. The vending side drops the chosen box; the claw side gives the customer a shot at any box in the pit.

Open it on camera

The box lands in the collection tray. The unboxing happens right there, which is the moment that draws the next customer to the machine.
