Buyers who source from factories ask this first. The difference is simply who the design belongs to before we start.
ODM
Our machine, your brand
You start from a machine that already works and sells, and we make it yours: wrap, colors, signage, on-screen interface, language, and the product it dispenses. Most of our custom work is this, because the engineering risk is already behind you.
OEM
Your design, our factory
You arrive with your own concept, drawings, or spec, and we engineer and build it. Industrial design, mechanics, electronics, firmware and software are all in-house, so the machine that leaves the line is the one on your drawing.
